Abandoned houses - Please advise the citizens if they have abandon buildings that are unsecured please call the Code Enforcement office at 281-403-8560 to report it or enter a complaint into SEECLICKFIX to be investigated. 
These kind of conditions are a dangerous safety issue and will be addressed.  
Please let Code Enforcement know if there is anything we need to address.

Yard of the Month - May     June    July

 

Empty Trash Cans - must be stored out of view by midnight on the day of trash pickup.

All Exterior Changes - house painting, roof replacement, fence replacement, gutter additions, etc., require Architectural Control Committee approval. Please submit an  ACC form  prior to beginning any changes.
Junk/Abandonded Vehicles  - If the vehicle is parked on the street, it can be reported to Missouri City Traffic Control at 281-403-5876; if the vehicle is parked in a driveway, it can be reported to SeeClickFix                                                                                                     

 Solid Waste Municipal Program - WCA Waste Corp is our solid waste provider.
Their services include:

  • Regular Trash Service - Tuesdays and Fridays
  • Recycling & bulk waste/heavy trash - every other Friday
  • Yard Waste - every Friday (must be placed in recyclable lawn bags)
  • Assisted Service - WCA now offers a free valet/assisted service for qualified disabled customers where a professional driver will go to your residence, take out your carts to curbside, empty your carts and return them to your designated location. Clubhouse Rentals

Our clubhouse is available for rent to HGIV residents, as well as residents of neighboring subdivisions.
